There is no limit to the number of times you can use our recycling centres in a standard vehicle as long as you are not bringing DIY waste. You must be a South Gloucestershire resident and have booked a time slot before you can use our Sort It recycling centres. No, you must book another timeslot for any return visits. We accept trade waste at the recycling centre and you do not need to book a visit. To make a booking (15 minute slot) you need to confirm the registration number of the vehicle you plan to use, which site you wish to visit and an email address for the booking confirmation to be sent to. New booking slots are released every day, on a rolling basis.
You do not need to book if you’re only visiting the Reuse shop at Avonmouth or Hartcliffe Way. When booking you will need to select ‘I am using a hire vehicle’ option. We may check bags to prevent recyclable materials from going to waste.
